I need a refund for Sky Q
I recently tried to get Sky Q installed but the engineer was unable to install it. I paid £50 to get the box and now I cannot get through to anyone to get a refund on £50. Does anyone know how I can do this as logging into my account offers no help and neither does the virtual assistant. Is my only option staying on the phone for an hour to speak to someone?

Probably. Say nothing when the bot interrogates you.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
