I need a new sky box
My sky q box keeps freezing on channels - i constantly have to switch on & off at the plug
the box is getting old & I requested a new box - which a cour came with but I hadn't unplugged the old box & he wouldn't leave the new box
this all takes time to do & the sky agent said I could have another new box & replace the old one at my leisure but hav seen or received any new one as yet

That's incorrect. What was arranged was a 'doorstep box swap' which means just that. A courier company (DPD in the UK) deliver a new box and take your faulty box away at the same time and won't hang about while you disconnect the faulty one. Also remember to remove the viewing card from the old box before it disappears into the van.
