I'm trying to set up my sky q box but it keeps telling me it has no signal but it's all plugged in

In trying to set up a sky q box,I've plugged everything in but it's saying there's no signal

Didn't the Sky engineer set it up for you?

what is saying no signal?  No signal or no satellite signal?

 

Is viewing card inserted?

Its coming saying to press the little house button on remote to start and that's when the no signal message comes up
