Second sky q mini
I recently ordered an additional sky q mini box. However, after connecting it to the main box and broadband, when I turn it on the following happens:
- the first mini q box stops working and disconnects from the internet
- the main box disconnects from the internet
- I have to reset the whole system and reconnect with broadband
We know it is not a broadband issue
I have noticed that on my account management page that the only products showing as attached to my account is a main box and one sky q mini. The second does not appear.
Any help?

Hi @PuddE
It could take a while for the mini to appear in your account.
Make sure that both minis are showing as connected in the Mini status menus.

Thanks. The box was delivered over a week ago. Also, when I try to book an online engineer visit it wont let me as it is saying there is an outstanding 'inflight' delivery. But we can't turn the second mini box on for risk of ruining the rest of the system.

I think I've now fixed this but it's now saying that I am using the maximum number of mini boxes despite only having 2 out of a maximum of 4?

Scratch that last post. I've found the answer! It's my main 1TB box that wont allow it!
