Is there a fee to get the dish moved. I'm having an extension built and it's in the way

Sky charge about £65 for this, providing there is a suitable alternative position for it. I dare say a local satellite company will charge about the same but get a quote first.

If sky do move the dish do you pay the engineer on the day or do they charge your account

Your account will be charged. Engineers don't deal with payments.
