I'm being asked to return my mini box.
Having recently renewed / upgraded my contract, I've received some returns packaging requesting I return my mini box. Both multiscreen and mini box show on my account as "Already Yours" but will be charged if not returned.... How do I get confirmation that I don't have to return the mini and won't be charged..?

Like I haven't already tried on numerous occasions... !!
- As Sky Help and the virtual assistant suggests raising the issue through The Community.... I guess I was hoping for something a little more constructive.... Hey Ho.. 😉

The community is other customers - we can't fix it...
You'll have to persevere in contacting Sky.

I understood that Sky community super users (experts) can escalate issues to official Sky advisors for action, but maybe that's not so then.
