I have not been able to see TV programmes for 2 days

My TV spontaneously stopped 2 days ago - one minute I was watching The Good Fight, then the screen filled with a colourful graphic, and I have not been able to asee any TV prograames since then.

 

I have done all the usual switch off switch on checks

 

Maybe there is a button on my remote I need to use.

What colour is the led on the front right of the Q box?

Green or Amber?

It was green.

And if you press the power button it doesn't go green?

 

power cycled it at the wall?

No - since the programme I as watching was suddenly replaced with a blue screen with the words Here We Go!! across the top, that has been mostly what I see .

I think that was a reply to me? Forum doesn't make it clear unless you hit the " bbutton to quote / insert the post you hit reply on.

 

I meanr the power light on the box going green, not the tv screen.

 

and I asked if you have tried power cycling it at the wall.

The LED  light has mostly been green for over 2 days.

it went amber towards the end of yesterday - not clear why.

 

power cycling  is a term I have not heard before. If you mean have I switched everything off and on, then yes, I have done that - no change to the situation.
