I have lost or picture for the least 3 days. I have turned to box of many times.

I do really need to speak to somebody, 

 

I've been a sky customer for over 20 years this is not a satisfying way to do business!

Are you seeing any error messages on your screen? Have you already tried calling Sky about this?

Afraid not @Snowdrop18 This is mainly a customer helps customer forum so you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services.


If you need to call Sky then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Like calling most companies the start will be automated responses which may try to send you back to the forum.

My television keeps buffering or there is not picture at all. This has been consistent for the past 3 days.

When you say buffering what do you mean? Live programmes via the dish don't buffer. Sounds more like a problem with the alignment of your satellite dish. If that's the case you'd have to call Sky and arrange an engineer to check it.
