I have just been asked to return my Sky Q Hub but no reason has been provided as to why?

I have received an sms and also a notifcation in my sky account bu there has not been any explanation as to why i need to return this equipment.


Reminder - return your equipment

Please return the Sky Q Hub by 13/10/2023 to avoid charges of £17

Any changes to your package recently? 

edit- £17? Non return fees for Sky Q hub is £50. Are you satisfied the text is genuine?

Yes, we upgraded our Wifi to ultrafast Wifi.

The email must be genuine as Sky called me but did not leave a message.

 

Still not sure why they want the Sky Q Hub back???

@lehark if you have upgraded to ultrafast then you should have been sent a new broadband hub as this id=s needed for ultrafast broadband  hence the request for the Q hub to be returned
