I have forgotten password for paramount+

I haven't been able to sign in to paramount + for some months now. I forgot my password but on resetting I never received the reset email. yes I checked spam folder. since then I have lost access to the original email account (lost 3rd party authentication details)

I need to change the details but paramount never reply or answer the phone, or cancel the account and start again. help.

I don't know how to get paramount  on tv I've tried, but I'm disabled  and suffer with my hands, fingers, I don't know if I get it free with my package,  please help
