I have error code DSU_508. I cannot get UHD to work with my sky q box.

I cannot watch UHD movies on my 4K tv. I have subscribed to UHD and have a UHD sky box 2TB When I select a UHD movie or anything UHD I get the press red to upgrade at the top of the screen. When I press red I then receive a message which says 'you've already added this package' with Error code: DSU_508. I have the correct cables, correct tv, I have been through the settings many times. I have spent hours on the phone to sky to correct this problem so I have been through multiple resets. I have had a sky engineer to visit for 3 hours who was also unable to fix the problem. I've even been sent a new Q Box. Ive been trying to get this fixed for a month now. Anyone?????
