I have to keep resetting my sky q box. Next day when I turn on recordings have failed

Recordings fail and I can't watch on demand until I update setting. It doesn't remember this an£ I have 5he same 5he next day. Everyday so far since new box installed. 
very frustrating.

I have the same fault, I've had new new 2TB sky q main box & every day i get the fault that i cannot download or record and I have to power off as it says on the Sky help app.
