I have a constant red light on on my box but nothing is recording

Select recordings 

Scroll down to manage (2nd from bottom) and select it

Select deleted and you'll see the list of your deleted programs. Annoyingly you have to select each one individually and choose delete or un delete. 

For me it was something stuck downloading which I found under downloading so paused it then deleted it and re-downloaded it and that solved it for me.

check your downloads and delete it has stuck when i deleted the red light went off hope this ssolves it
