How do I see all info when I click i

When I press I to see program info it only shows a bit then suddenly stops. How do I see the rest of the information that's allegedly there?

Are you talking live channels here? Certainly seems to work for me, pressing 'i' a second time takes you to the shows 'home page' (for want of a better term) where you see the 'On this week' & 'More like this' stuff.

My issue is with programs I'm watch off the Planner. I've just tried pressing I twice and it's just bringing up the same text that I can already see (which is about 3 lines long and cuts off the last few words that must be there as the sentence ends halfway through).
can't seem to get to those extra words whatever I try

Hi @SteveM-J

Afraid a max of 3 lines of text is all you get.

Can you give an example where you think the text is incomplete?

Pretty sure I've seen that myself thinking about it. Of course I couldn't find one when I looked earlier.
