I have a Discovery+ issue

Hello,my son has moved to Austraila but before he left he activated Discovery+ on his TV now I can't watch it q U have no ideaoof the details he used I just spoke to Discovery+ and they told me to contact SKY butremoving the Link but how as there seens to be no way to actually talk to anyone as AI keeps me going in circles, Beleieve in Better, how about beliueve in a human to answer a call!!!

If you now paying why not just do it as a new account you just need a email address and create  a password. Open the app and follow the instructions if guides you to web page to log in  got to that and follow the instructions to create a account.
