I have Sky Q. Loaded Paramount+, but I always get error code 3304.

When trying to watch something on Paramount+, get error code 3304, and a message 'Sorry, but due to licensing restrictions, this video isn't available in your location'

 

Internet is working. Had this problem since I installed the app, it has never loaded a video. 

I also pay for Lionsgate. But if I try to play anything I always get the message 'There was a playback error'. 

Can anyone help please?
