Sky is saying we do not have internet connection, not had it for 2 weeks now, we have rebooted, chec

Sky is saying we do not have internet connection, we have rebooted everying  and checked settings and passwords. We get our internet from sky it is working on other devices but signal is intermittent and far from good. We have checked all leads are in correctly.
