Paramount, Netflix, Apple TV they all suffer from what appears to be bandwidth buffering issues but when i access these apps on my ios devices or via the browser on my laptop i have no problem.
I check my bandwidth calculator and again there is no problem in terms of bandwidth availability

Using the 'Check your network' option in the Netflix app on the Q box is the only way to know what bandwidth the box itself is getting. Your iOS devices and laptop are testing themselves, and may well have very different WiFi characteristics.
