Sounds like a stream question, not Q? Though the issue is pretty generic. Can just use your own box anyway.

Pucks are for Sky Stream.

We are not sure from your post if you have Sky Stream or Sky Q

You can use your own packaging and print your own labels, to return your Sky equipment.
