I cannot access games on the red button

Despite paying a small fortune for SKY + Sky Q + SKY sports I still cannot access matches on the red button. How do I do this, please? I had to pay a further £10 for the last match I wanted to watch.

Hi @broadand+loser 

Instead of using the red button try selecting the match you need in the Home menu.

Home - Sports - Football

Same problem for me....red button not working on Sky Sports match choice this season.  Fine last season....so what's happened?
