Sky Q box showing “no satellite signal” for BBC 1/2 but other channels working

For past month I've had BBC 1/2 showing "No Satellite Signal" and now it's started to affect ITV 1/2 also. I watch a lot of Netflix but I don't wish to loose the main terrestrial channels.

if I go to "Settings"-> "Status"->"satellite signal" it shows a tick. "More Info" shows:

Signal Locked

signal Strength 40

Signsl Quality 90

LNB type Wideband

dish isn't shared, it hasn't been moved, not obstructed

I've restarted the Q Box, Powered everything down and restarted, still no joy.

Any ideas?

If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish.

I've got same issue for bbc 101 but can watch other area bbc on channels 955 etc

The advice is the same. It sounds like your dish alignment needs checking.
