I can’t watch my recently upgraded channel anymore. Error code DSU_508

I recently upgraded my sky package to have sky sports PL but Im not able to watch anything on that channel. It was okay the first day but since then it's telling me I have to upgrade to watch this channel and when I press the red button it's telling me I already added this package to my sky subscription. This has been going on since Monday and there is also the error code DSU_508
