I can’t load UHD from the red button

I can't load ultra HD the red button, it comes up with code WGT8. I have tried for the last 3 days

Hi @Tony4 

Probably best to select UHD content from the main Home - Sports menu.

(that's if UHD is available and it's not just in HD)
