I've been using Paramount + through my Sky Q box for over a year (comes free with Sky Movies). I recently also started using a Sky multi-room mini box in another room. As a result I have lnow ost access to Paramount + on both the main box and the mini box i.e. the App wants me to sign in again on both and I haven't got a clue what my sign in details are. I followed the 'forgotten password' link and was sent an e-mail (confirming I was at least inputting the correct e-mail I thought) and reset the password; however, when I try to sign in using this combination it just gives me a sign in error message. I appreciate that I must have set up an account with Paramount + when I first got Sky Q but, as I mentioned earlier, I can't now remeber the deatils. Has anybody else had this problem and, if so, how did you resolve it?
