I am raging I was on twice to sky in the last 45 minutes and been cut off twice really not happy

I am absolutely raging spent the last 45 minutes on phone to sky and got cut off twice

Me too, got through twice, went through all the security and details, they said they had a technical fault and could not access my account! Why not tell me that at the start of the call, customer service is so poor, then they cut me off!
