I am paying for 2 Netflix screens but can only use 1

I pay for 2 Netflix screens but can only use 1. This is since I renewed it contract. I had 2 screens working before that.

Netflix on Q isn't charged by the screen: it's the Sky HD add-on which upgrades Netflix Basic (1 screen  720p) to Netflix Standard (2 screens 1080p).

 

Do you still have the Sky HD add-on as part of your bundle?

@Charl12245 as @TimmyBGood it depends on your Sky subsciption as to what screens you get with netflix  see below



Netflix Basic              Sky Ultimate TV Pack (1 screen) 

Netflix Standard     Sky  Ultimate TV Pack and Sky HD pack (2 Screens)

Netflix Premium      Sky Ultimate TV Pack and Sky HD pack plus Sky UHD Pack  (4 Screens)
