If they are still in your deleted folder press 'undelete'. If they've been deleted from there then I'm afraid they are lost. Do you know where deleted programmes are?

Hi @Graham+bugg 

You can only do this if you haven't deleted them from the Deleted section in 

Recordings - Manage - Deleted.
