I am not getting sky channels including ITV1.

It says 'This channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal. This has been since 9pm lady night. I have reset the box etc but nothing is happening

You may well need an engineer to check it.

Take a look at the troubleshooting on the appropriate section of this link.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal
You may then need to contact Sky and arrange for an engineer to check the alignment of your dish.

Thanks for the advise. Done all checks. Reset etc but nothing so I've arranged for engineer. Thanks again
