Lionsgate + three month trial issue

I have tried to sign up for the trial. But it asks for the 3 digit code for a credit card I don't have any more, and there is no option to change the card number. Any ideas?

Update - found out the card is stored in Marketplace, but there seems to be no way to access Marketplace to change the card info!  Therefore I have posted a new query about this
