im due a Sky delivery today, but I'm in Hospital in Chester.

I have been in Hospital for 4 1/2 weeks.

Hi @Miss+J+Naden   You need to tell Sky. I'm afraid that this is a community of customers, and not Sky customer services. Sky will not know that you are not in on the back of a public forum post.

Sorry to hear of your situation.

Unfortunately we are just other customers here.

There may be little that can be done but just in case there is anything that can be done to assist you I have escalated your post to a team from SKY who suport these groups  & , hopefully, will be in touch to see how they may be able to help

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
