Turned the main box on and only get a black screen, have checked and mini boxes are working.
I have a green light, I have tried everything on the help page... ie checked cables, rebooted, even the picture resolution hack (home, 1080,home), and nothing.

Hi @GM5823 A black screen with no message probably means that your TV is on the wrong HDMI input. Use your TV Remote to cycle through the available HDMI inputs. Obviously check cables have not become loose.
