Not spoken, just online. €150 charge. How to actually speak to an agent, in Ireland?

You may be able to find the number to call, via the 'need more help' link towards the bottom of the page here: https://www.sky.com/help/home

Be sure to set the flag in the bottom right hand corner, before clicking on need more help.

Historically the VIP upgrade from Sky+ to Sky Q has been 'free' (no upfront cost) as long as there's a Q Mini box on the account, which means the Multiscreen subscription supplement is added to the monthly payment.

Without a Mini there's usually been a fee for the main box.
