Broadband is disconnecting from Sky Q every day. What should I do?

My SKy Q disconnects from my broadband virtually every day.   As this has happened in the past, I have already set the Sky Q. Box to stay on all the time (standby mode - none) and Smart standby mode is off.  My broadband (not Sky) is functioning well with everything else I have so there is something clearly wrong with the SkyQ box.
