How to upgrade SkyQ box

Hi,

I have 1Gbps fibre and a wired connection to my SkyQ box, but am only seemingly getting around 50Mbps (according the Netflix app speed checker). I suspect i have an older version SkyQ box with slower ethernet port.

The box model is 32C007.

How would i go about requesting an upgraded/replacement SkyQ box with gigabit ethernet port? I gather 25Mbps is ok for streaming UHD, but would prefer to have an up to date setup with optimal speed.

No Sky Q boxes have gigabit Ethernet ports. They are all capped at 100Mbps which is more than enough for UHD. Even Sky Glass & Stream pucks are the same. 
Sky Q is old technology now. The last box update was over 3 years ago & there won't be any more significant upgrades (if any).

Is the the WiFi speed also capped at 100mbps ?

The theoretical speed of 802.11ac is 1300mbps
