Sky q mini box intermittent problems

I can watch TV upstairs in the evening fine yet when I am awake early hours (regularly) and I want to watch TV the mini box will not connect. Weekes now this has been going on so after some investigation and following all the instructions time and time again it appears to solve itself as precisely 5.45 am every time. 

What can't I speak.to so.eone at sky. I just get directed to help pages of forums. Any help appreciated.

Looks like your main Q box is in ECO standby and in a deep sleep in the early hrs.

Try changing all boxes to Active.

Thankyou I have changed the setting on my main box. We will see by morning.
