I had a replacement box but left my viewing card in the one i returned

How can I get a replacement? I managed to spk to someone through chat who told me he'd sent a replacement a week ago but nothing has arrived. Can't speak to anyone at sky. Terrible customer service

Sky send these via Royal Mail so delivery is 'postie dependent'. If it doesn't arrive post back on this thread and we can get you some help via the Messaging Team but any new card will again be posted out.
