How to get a sky box replacement

I was talking about getting one from Sky not anywhere else!

Sky will either send an engineer or arrange a doorstep box swap. They won't send a box out to arrive for an engineer to set up.

Yeah but the engineer will have them in the van so "he will be able to get you up and running again", no need to get a box ahead of time.
