I have Sky Q. Agreed to free trial of Paramount + in December but now want to cancel this before I get charged. Can't find any information about how to do this as it does not show up in my account information. Help please.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePress Home on your Sky remote, then select My Sky at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll then see a screen with your purchases. Select Your products. You’ll then be asked to enter your Sky TV PIN number.
Then follow the prompts to cancel.

Hi. If anyone else has this problem, I have managed to cancel the free trial by going into Paramount plus account. There was not any mention of it on my Sky account but it was obviously still in effect and I would have been charged if I had not managed to cancel in this way

I have tried to cancel my free trial and logged into the paramount plus website into my account but the drop down menu from my name in the top right just greys out. I also can't cancel it from My Products in my Sky account. What's next? And why do these companies make cancellations so difficult! I'm very frustrated! TIA

How did you get into the paramount plus account? There is no way of doing that on the paramount plus.com/account as all it does it ask you to sign in then there is no drop down menu, just avatars of profiles. Can you give step my step instructions. Otherwise do I contact sky .?
