Get sky q before moving home

I'm moving home in 2 weeks and was going to get skyq 

Can I get sky q before moving but not install at old address. Like get box delivered and take to old house and instal on day engineering guys come out?

No, the installation will either take place at the old address or wait until you have a move date and order for the new address, Sky wont just send you a box to install at a later date
