How do you unlink HBO from wrong account
Set up HBO last night. Thought had linked to the same account sky uses for discovery + with TNT, less ads. It would appear however HBO has been linked to a different account (also in my name with different email) which I used to use prior to moving TNT and discovery a couple of months ago to Sky. Now can't access the right account TNT via red button or anything. No obvious way to unlink. Help please

Ive got the same issue, thought we were linking our existing account that has tnt sports but linked to a different email.

Also have issue. HBO Max account all set up and registered via tv and also via Sky website. However, on television there is a message "Welcome back, C******. To start streaming on HBO Max, get access through Skyy via sky.com/my sky..." which I have been to and activiated. All accounts (HBO and TNT) are live on website but that static screen message stays the same, no access to App on television. Any ideas? Have rebooted sky Q box.

Thanks. Did use the link. Response was to contact Disney which wasn't much help given my message was about HBO and Discovery plus. However I notice that My Sky has updated my subscriptions and I can now access everything on the email that I activated so something has happened. Appreciate your time.

OK I have just loaded my subscriptions on My Sky and a new package HBO Max TNT sports has appeared. Linked to the account I was trying to unlink from. I appear to be able to access everything now on phone and TV. Here's hoping thats it sorted. Perhaps I was just a bit impatient guess it takes a while for all accounts to update.
