How do you get a voice remote?

Hi @DottieD26   They are are available from major retailers and on-line. There is a chance that Sky may supply you with one if you contact them.

If your current remote is old or broken in any way then you can request a free replacement (which will be the newer voice remote) by filling in the form on this page:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/lost-stolen-damaged-sky-q-equipment 

Click on 'Still Need A Hand' then 'No I Still Need Help' and you'll access the replacement remote form.
