Replacement sky q card

I had to return sky router and cables and sent my sky TV card as well how do I get a replacement

You will have to call Sky to order a replacement viewing card. I'm not sure why you returned a viewing card if you had to return a router?

I thought I would need to return TV box as well, us oaps can't be right all the time, I have tried repeatedly to phone sky it's easier said than done
