How do you cancel PAramunt Plus on Sky

Cant cancel my above subscription tried everyting, going direct to PAramount they say its SKY, SKY says it PAramount meanwhile SKY MArketplace still taking £6.99 a month from my account and I have PAramount free with SKY Cinema. 

Ive tried cancelling on the APP section of my SKY Q go through the motions and when I hit cancel theres the error MYSKY_4305 pops up with a phone number to call and when you call it they refer you back to PAramount who say sorry cant help you.

Im at my wits end - can anyone who has experienced this helpme please? its been going on since October 😞

Have you tried via the MySky app on a phone or tablet:

Go to the TV section, then My Bill section, there will be a section listed Marketplace, under that click on View subscriptions.

You should be able to cancel it there.

I had same problem! Could not cancel from my sky account, even though that was the statement I was given when I signed up for the free trail - a simple action to cancel at any time. My @55!!!!
paramount won't do anything.

i had to call sky to resolve this. To say it wasn't easy on the call is a MASSIVE understatement!

the call management system simply wants to redirect you to online tools or hangs up on you if you don't respond on the keypad hoping you'll eventually get to speak to a human. 
I had to go back door route and choose option to cancel my entire sky account to get a human. It was hugely frustrating. God knows how sky got the award they boast about - having the least customer complaints!

It took at least 5 attempts to get a human trying various keypad options. Good luck! Don't let them win by keep taking that monthly fee!

This thread is about Lionsgate+, but your problem is definitely with Paramount+ is it?
I didn't know it was possible to sign up for that separately if you had Sky Cinema.

I did it through the television in the end, but honestly I cannot remember exactly how but you have to go into settings. I phoned up sky which was the most obvious thing to do and knowing so many people have got issues with this. I don't know why they just haven't changed the procedure I'm really sorry I hope you manage to check cancel

Hi yes its Paramount plus. Its seemed like the same issue as Lionsgate so thought id ask here.

I had paramount as a standalone prior to upgrading to SKY Cinema it doesnt let me cancel the standalone.

@Cat12  If you are paying money to Sky for this it seems incredulous that Sky tell you to contact paramount plus. You could raise a complaint to Sky using  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

Alternatively, I have had some dealings with Paramount via email and they have been helpful. So you could try them at:

Support @ paramountplus 'dot' com

Won't let me type email add so above no gaps and .com at end

Who did you start the standalone contract with?

Had to cancel my credit card payment it was the only way folks that signed up on loinsgate app on sky q it does not register on your sky account.
