How do you cancel Lionsgate on Sky

Thank you I finally managed it. I didn't understand my product bit but I've done it now and as of the 19th of November it will be cancelled. I only subscribed so I could watch outlander and then it finished on series 7 but I'd already watched up to series 6 anyway, so I'd have to re-subscribe when I bring out the new one.

I found that when I tried to follow the instructions to cancel it on my main Sky Q box, it didn't provide the options mentioned above. But when I tried it on my other box(we have Sky Multiroom) it worked. So if you're having problems cancelling, try doing it on your secondary Sky Q box. It worked for me!

I've done it, I can't remember how but I eventually got it done through the sky Q box it wasn't quite the right instructions. I'm sure of that but it's cancelled, I'll think twice before subscribing to anything through sky again it was way too stressful and complicated

I spent three weeks going backwards and forwards on the app. Eventually I did it through the TV and through my sky app. It wasn't exactly as they described on my Google search but I did manage it it's going to take time. Just keep persevering.

I did a Google search, and I followed instructions to the letter, but there was some things that weren't quite right, but I'm sorry I can't remember exactly how I did it now. I just know it was through the sky Q box

When i go to My Sky on Sky Q box i do not get My products option !! If i login to sky and list my products Lionsgate does not appear. I can see it in marketplace under subscriptions but there is no option to cancel. I have tried ringing sky who after a lengthy discussion tell me it has been cancelled but it still shows up on my subscriptions and tells me i will be charged from 23rd Nov if i dont cancel !
i have tried to cancel via Lionsgate but they inform me i have to do it through sky !

not sure what else to do. Help please

I have done this but I constantly get Something went wrong and an error code! Being doing this for 2 weeks and they are about to charge me! Call centre can't help!! Error code MYSKY_4302

@Jam99  Hi how did you cancel it in the end?

I too am battling despite logging into Lionsgate Plus and trying to cancel there. It simply says I must do it through the linked party.

Then I tried doing it through MySky account, but there is absolutely no link anywhere to cancel the subscription. I am about to be charged for my first amount for Lionsgate following the end of my free trial in a few days. 

Clearly people are having problems with this yet, sky have not made an easy method to cancel the subscription 🤬

No still on going. I'm going try call the number on screen soon. It's annoying that cancelling a fee service or when a bill is due you can't add to your package!

I have actually just done it, this works on SkyQ

press the home button

go down to my sky

clock on "Your products"

pit your 4 digit pin in

on the left hand side you will see "App Subscriptions" click on that

and you then can cancel from there.
