How do I turn off the Watch from Start pop-up

I find the WATCH FROM START pop-up every time I change channels really annoying, is there a way to turn it off?

Sorry @gibson+stuart 

There is no option to switch it off - despite many requests here to make it an option

I am sure you are aware that the dismiss button does remove it when you get it, if you don't want to wait

Some might say that's an overreaction given that one press of the dismiss button should remove it.
