How do I order sky extenders

Cannot connect skyq mini box to main skyq box. I have moved it into a new part of the house and it says I need sky extenders. Can't find a sky phone number where you actually get to talk to someone.

You'll have to battle your way past the robot to speak to someone.

You can just buy your own extender. Someone on here used a tp-link RE200 v1 (about £20)

@Beachmouse  - did you use that to connect directly between a mini and Q or are you on Sky BB and connected it to the router's wifi?

@Chodley My broadband providers is Virgin Business.

I connected the main Sky Q box, via Ethernet, to the TP-Link. That is then wirelessly connecting to the network.

Ah yeah it was @Gaz1 who was using it via wifi wasn't it.

Yes, I believe he was using WiFi to connect.
