How do I order a new sky q box?

My sky q box will not turn on without disconnecting it from the wall and rebooting it so I'd like a new one please. How do I do this?

The second page has a link to order a replacement box. Remember to remove your viewing card from the old box before handing it over to the courier. Also make sure you get the correct power cable with the new box - some boxes have different types of connector.
