Have tried community posts about checking hardware versions of Sky Q boxes and completed full restarts of devices. All seems to be correct as far as I can see.
Have Sky Q via satellite with Sky Cinema as part of the subscription. Of which my account is within contract.
I have a Broadband provider other than Sky so I'm not on the full Sky product subscription. Only have Sky for TV.
All other parts of Sky subscription (and demand services) seem to work fine. Entertainment, Paramount+, Netflix etc...
When trying to access a film via the Sky Q boxes I receive a banner alert asking me to upgrade.
When accessing films via Sky Go mobile app I can play the film but when selecting download to box (in SD or HD) I receive an error message that something has gone wrong.
