I go to my sky on my q box but I can't upgrade my package or view deals or offers ? I'm not a fan of phoning so why can't I do this on my q box?

I have tried that but it comes up saying sorry cant access this page try again later which i do and it keeps comiing up saying the same after time and time again. I have two active accounts on the same sky id ,one which has been cancelled years ago and is still showing up on my new account current The other which has all my new tv,broadband ,sky talk bills together. Isnt there a way to cancel my old account ,As i believe this might be the problem. Ive phoned sky and been passed on to this person and that person and i am gettin nowhere,i even had a person from sky and not even they could help me apart from try and raise a CRF form which got cancelled two days into it and now awaiting a result from a recent CRF form which no doubt will probably get cancelled and i will still not be any further ahead in soliving my problem. Im getting tired of wasting hours of my time and getting nowhere. What else can i do? Would it be possible to just cancel both accounts and restart my sky account a fresh?
