How do I find ITVX

I can't see this is a technical issue but a commercial one.

Also, I can't see how Sky could significantly commercially benefit from hosting the app. For this reason they may ask for one off or on going payments from ITV to host it (who may get addtional advertising revenue / subscriptions).

It's Sky's platform and ultimately their decision whether or not to provide it.

Sky benefit from every interaction you make on their box. It enriches their data profile of you to optimise advertising.

The app will arrive soon enough.

We phoned Sky last night and were told it would be added between 3am and 5am. I have rebooted and it is still not showing. ?

ITV X is extremely unlikely  to be on SKY Q until the new Year due to the December 'Code freeze'  that SKY have,so I am not sure why they would tell you that

Just noticed that ITV catch up on my sky Q, is not loading, all other catch up areas are up and running by ITV Hub/ITV catch up, no joy..

i've done a software update and an App refresh still not loading..

I don't think it's the sky problem. I think it's an ITVx  system error, because everything else is working fine on sky Q..

maybe is ITV done this launch date before they were ready?.

Presumably ITV Hub has been withdrawn with the launch of ITVX on Wednesday.  I did the same thing as you and mine has also disappeared

ITV Catch Up is working for me on Sky Q. It was stuck on "Please Wait" for a while so I went down to All 4 then back up to ITV Catch Up and it worked.

Sounds like baloney. It will be added between 3 and 5 AM but no one knows on which day.

ITV catch up going or not working correctly is not very good over a dark cold weekend. They are going to lose a lot of viewers unless they're trying to push people to watch the football. Well they're going to have a hard time with me because,  I can't stand football.

It is on Amazon stick so no worry. Working fine. Sky is rubbish
